Scheduled reports: Automatically send reports to your inbox and to your assistants inbox daily or weekly. This is a great feature for professionals like lawyers. You can have your dockets automatically sent to your assistant every day or every week to be entered into your accounting system and your voice recordings or dictations transcribed.
